Bed and Breakfasts in Alaska Provide a Unique Inn Experience

For a one-of-a-kind bed and breakfast experience, plan your Alaskan getaway and choose from a variety of unique establishments - some unlike any you'll find in the continental United States. We promise you an unforgettable stay in the Last Frontier!

While cabins are popular in some areas of the continental U.S., they are VERY common in Alaska. Our great state has a rather harsh environment, and nothing stands up to the elements better than Alaskan hardwood. The resulting atmosphere is both rustic and cozy - the perfect reflection of Alaskan surroundings.

Since "breakfast" is practically our middle-name, our members around the state present the first meal of the day in a variety of ways. You might be invited into the main house to sit down with other overnight guests at the dining table and share stories and adventures. Other members might accommodate your privacy by having breakfast items already set up in your cabin, cottage or chalet for you to enjoy at your leisure. Our member innkeepers will be available as much or as little as you need them to answer questions, guide you on area side-trips, and provide directions that will help you make the most of your Alaskan experience.

The variety of lodging accommodations in Alaska is as vast as the state itself. Stay tuned for future blog posts where you will learn more about staying at an Alaskan winery, which wild fruits make the tastiest sauces and syrups on your sourdough pancakes, which innkeepers display a passion for native and wildlife themes at their bed and breakfasts, and tips on amazing scenery and 'flightseeing' adventures.

Alaska inn accommodations certainly provide a memorable lodging experience. No matter which you choose, our member innkeepers are committed to making your local travels welcoming, relaxing, and always unique!
